Business statement on COVID-19

Dear all,

The health, protection and safety of our employees, customers, partners and each family are of great importance to us. With the recent spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are doing our part of minimizing the risk and asked all employees that can work remotely to do so. Our offices will remain open for essential staff and we still offering full support to all our customers. We are committed to providing you with the same great service you have always received from KINEMATICA and will continue to answer phone calls, as well as e-mails.

What happens next?

With the incredible speed at which things are changing around us, we are continually adapting our operations and business. We will monitor the global events and will inform you if there are any business interruptions. Please be aware that there may be supplying delays due to regional restrictions which can come into force at any time.

We have halted all business travel for our employees and asked them to use phone and videoconferencing tools whenever possible. We feel this is an effective way during this time to keep our business running while simultaneously minimizing health risks.

Nevertheless, we ask for your patience during this time of uncertainty if there is a slight delay in some responses.
